Regular quantity discount:
4+ units of the same puzzle size and category: 25%
B2B bulk order discounts:
20+ units: 30%
50+ units: 35%
100+ units: 40%
Conditions:
B2B bulk discounts apply to orders of 20 units or more. The order can include a mix of puzzle sizes and designs.
Discounts are available from January 10 to October 31. Orders placed outside this period are accepted subject to production capacity.
The applicable discount is calculated automatically during checkout.
Discounts are calculated from the current product price shown on our website (displayed in red).
For members of the EU: upon providing a valid EU VAT number, the costs will be without VAT.
For other countries, no VAT is charged.
Shipping:
For 20+ units only the standard shipping is available. Please, use the calculator on the bottom of this page to get the shipping charge.
Custom Box Design:
You can choose between one of our standard box designs or upload your own custom box design prepared according to the instructions below. The surcharge for a custom box design is NZD 2.00 per unit.

Image Quality & Colors:
We work with RGB colour profiles, and images should be saved in RGB before uploading.
Please note that the final printed result may differ slightly from the original image due to the natural limitations of print reproduction.
Our printing process is optimized for personalized puzzles, especially photos of people, pets, and holiday sceneries. For larger orders, we recommend ordering a sample puzzle first to check the print quality and colours before placing the full order.
