How do I place an order?
Select a puzzle size. You can choose picture puzzles of 12 to 2000 pieces. Choose a photo for a puzzle from your PC. The file size of the photo must be at least 500 Kb. Your photo will be transferred to our database. This may take a while, depending on the respective file size. Fill out the order form completely and make a payment using your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order ID, payment and shipping information. In every notification email, the order number is also a link to the page of your order.
What is the delivery time and can I order express?
Hello, you can choose between standard and express option. The estimated delivery is indicated for each option at the time of placing the order.
How much is shipping?
The shipping charge for one puzzle with standard shipping is NZ$ 24.99 and NZ$ 34.99 with expedited shipping. For every additional item, there is a surcharge of NZ$ 2.00 per item
