How is my order delivered?

All orders are produced in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once we have your order processed, it will be dispatched and sent to the delivery address via DHL AIR with expedited shipping or UPS with standard shipping. Your order status is updated immediately with a tracking number once the package is shipped. On the page of your order, there is also a direct link to the Online tracking.

How much is shipping?

The shipping charge for one puzzle with standard shipping is NZ$ 24.99 and NZ$ 34.99 with expedited shipping. For every additional item, there is a surcharge of NZ$ 2.00 per item

What happens if I am not present at the time of the delivery?

The forwarder will contact you by phone first. You can re-arrange the delivery for another date.

Can I use a delivery address other than my billing address?

Yes, this is possible. First, fill out the DELIVERY address of your choice in the order form, there is also an option to fill out the billing address if you want to. 

After two weeks my order still has not arrived yet. What now?

If your order is not received within 10 working days, but you can find your DHL tracking number on the status page, please, be patient - your order shall arrive very soon. If you cannot find your tracking number after two weeks, please contact our customer service.

How long does the shipping take to Hong Kong?

We are sorry, but we no longer ship to Asia, please use our distributor's website for orders to these locations (piczzle.com)
